Corporate Event Planning
Village Arts can prepare events at your workplace or at any venue where your company has planned a workday retreat. (We even have amazing Venue Partners that we can recommend!) After an initial discussion to determine your parameters, we will plan your unique experience best suited for your goals, time frame, location, and participants. Our instructors arrive early the day of the event to set up a professional and inviting environment that can be tailored to your message.
Tablescapes utilizing corporate colors, logo imprinted aprons, and other specialty items are available to achieve a custom look. Request more information during our planning session.
Once your participants arrive, Village Arts helps them settle in and fully explains the event with a welcoming approach that relaxes the group. Step-by-step, we work together and create, while help is always just a question away. Village Arts strongly believes in providing a minimum of two instructors at each event to ensure that they are always available to your guests throughout the entire process. Whether your group has chosen to paint individually or in teams to collaborate on mural projects, we make sure that every participant feels supported and valued for their contribution.
Afterwards, we celebrate with photographs and camaraderie! As your participants are basking in the glow of their accomplishments, Village Arts ensures that the venue is left tidy and paint free. All artwork is ready to be immediately displayed at your workplace as a visual reminder of the accomplishments of the day.
